I’m am here once again to bestow upon you a belated update!

Work has been a little busy the past few weeks so I couldn’t get too much done with OLB. But as of now episode 23 pages 1-38 are finished! This episode is also about 130 pages, so a little less then 100 pages to go!!

Now for my yokai japan trip! After Tono city, I went to Tokyo and traveled to two nearby places! The first place is Takao Mountain!

This mountain is about two hours outside of tokyo and easily accessible by subway. It is considered a sacred mountain that is bursting with spiritual energy. It is also said that tengu guard the mountain. Tengu are fearsome yokai that are very protective of the nature in mountains. There are two types of tengu: both have human-like bodies, but one has a face with a beak, and the other has a red face with a long nose. On this mountain, there is a shrine dedicated to the tengu.
